Stock Availability

We endeavour to give accurate stock information when you place your order, but as we aren't currently running a live stock update system, when stock does get low there is a small chance that we may not have what you ordered. We do update the stock availability on the site every day, so if your order is urgent then call us and we will help. We do not charge your card until we have checked the item is in stock and is ready for dispatch.

Sometimes items will sell out and it takes a while to re-order. Sadly in many cases due to the very short snow season when an item is out of stock there is a high possibility of us not getting any more of that item into stock.

Can’t find what you are looking for ?

If the item you are looking for is not on our website please call us on 0800 0186 754. We have a great relationship with all of our suppliers and will endeavour to order anything from them that you require. If they have stock, we can order it for you. There may be a small special order charge for any special requests.

Delivery

Ski Lodge will dispatch your purchase within 2 - 3 working days.  If for any reason we have a delay in being able to dispatch your items we will contact you by e-mail or phone. If you require delivery sooner then please contact the store on 0800 0186 754 or info@skilodge.co.uk  We may be able to provide a faster service for you for a small additional charge. If there is no-one home at the supplied delivery address, you will be left a calling card where you can arrange a re-delivery or pickup from your local post office or depot.

Mainland UK Costs :

up to £50 - £3.95

£50.01 +  - £6.50

skis & snowboards - £15

Items will usually be delivered within 3-4 days of your order.

If you require delivery outside of mainland UK (i.e. Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe & the rest of the world) please call us and we'll get a costing for you.

 

Returns

We hope you are pleased with your on-line purchase, but if for some reason you need to return an item this must be done within 14 days of date of dispatch. Any items which are returned must be received back at our mail order department new and unused, with original packaging labels attached in a re-saleable condition. Please contact the store on 0800 0186 754 or info@skilodge.co.uk for a returns authorisation code and returns address. Your authorisation code and order number must be shown on the outside of your returned package. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. You must pay for the return postage of the goods and you will be responsible for all return costs. Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health and Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria.
